A different way to grow — through the right room, not the loudest voice.
A note from the founder.
Hi, I'm Shani Canillas.
I'm the founder of The Cadli Collective. I'm also the Owner and Editor of The Scout Guide Fort Collins — a print publication and branding partner for Northern Colorado's elevated local small businesses and organizations.
For years, I've worked alongside established business leaders who shape this region — listening to how they think, watching how they grow, and learning what it really takes to build something that lasts.
HOW CADLI BEGAN
Most business owners, when they want to grow, hire a marketing agency. They pay for reach, leads, ads, and optimization — and often, more noise.
I've spent years watching a different kind of growth happen.
Through The Scout Guide Fort Collins, I've watched something remarkable unfold, over and over again — what happens when great business owners find each other. Connections that began as introductions became collaborations. Collaborations became advocacy. And advocacy became the kind of long-term, mutual support that takes a business — and an entire local economy — further than any one owner could go alone.
These weren't transactional relationships. They were the kind that quietly shape careers, open doors, and remind each of us that we weren't building alone.
The Cadli Collective is what grew from those years of watching, listening, and learning. It's a membership community for established business owners who lead with intention — who understand that growth at this stage isn't about doing more, but about being in the right room with the right people.
YOU CAN HIRE A MARKETING AGENCY. OR YOU CAN BE IN THE RIGHT ROOM.
Marketing agencies sell reach. The Cadli Collective offers something quieter — and more durable. Real conversations with the business owners who've already done what you're trying to do.
That's where theory becomes real learning. Where introductions become advocacy. Where growth stops being something you hustle for, and starts being something you're surrounded by.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A curated circle of established business owners who lead quietly and exceptionally. Sharpened thinking, through quarterly workshops, peer advisory sessions, and editorial designed for implementation. A network that doesn't just witness your work, but actively champions it.
Whether you join us for Strategy, Applied Learning, Brand Presence — or all three — my hope is that you'll find here what I've found through The Scout Guide community: relationships that elevate you, perspectives that sharpen you, and a network that has your back.
